Establishment Circular Letter No. 03/2007

Your kind attention is drawn to para 03 of Establishments Circular Letter  No.10/2002 of 15th October  2002 by which Public Administration Circular No. 12/2000 dated 19th July 2000 was adopted in the University system.

It has been decided that in future the applications received from the students who have qualified themselves for practical training after having followed courses of study conducted by Public Training Institutions such as National Youth Council, National Apprenticeship and Training Authority and Technical Colleges, should be forwarded to the Chairman/UGC for approval.

Please take action accordingly.
