AMENDMENTS  TO  GUIDELINE  NO.  155  ON  PRICE ESCALATIONS

The Department of Public Finance of the General Treasury has issued the following  two  circulars,  amending  the  Government  Procurement Guideline No. 155.

2. Public Finance Circular No. 352(24) of 10.9.2007

You are kindly requested to comply with the provisions in the two circulars, relating to Price Escalations in works contracts.
