INSURANCE OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES WITH THE INSURANCE TRUST FUND
The Government has decided to insure all vehicles of Ministries, Departments, Provincial Councils, Government Corporations, Statutory Bodies and State Banks under the National Insurance Trust Fund (NITF) with effect from 1.1.2008. Accordingly you are required to insure all vehicles with the NITF when renewing the existing insurance policies in keeping with government policy
Public Finance Circular No. PF/427(i) dated 13th March 2008 issued by the Department of Public Finance is sent herewith for your information and compliance.
