SCHEME OF RECRUITMENT - POST OF SENIOR INSTRUCTOR IN SOCIAL WORK
Your kind attention is invited to the Scheme of Recruitment of the post of Senior Instructor in Social Work stipulated in Commission Circular No.502 of 2nd January 1992.
In order to maintain uniformity in the qualifications required for promotion to Senior Instructor in Social Work with the other parallel grades categorized under BS-01 salary code it has been decided to amend the existing Scheme of Recruitment of the post of Senior Instructor in Social Work as given in the annexed schedule.
The amended Scheme of Recruitment is effective from 01st May 2000.
Please take action accordingly.

(I) An Instructor in Social Work with at least 02 years service after obtaining precribed Postgraduate qualifications* and who has 12 years in the grade of Instructor in Social Work. OR (II) Instructor in Social Work who has served 01 year at the maximum of the salary scale or served a period of 16 years in that grade. |
