RECTIFICATION OF SALARY ANOMALIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE & FINANCIAL OFFICERS IN THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM
Your kind attention is invited to Commission Circular No. 823 dated 28th April 2003, on rectification of salary anomalies of Administrative and Financial Officers in the University System.
The Director-General, Department of Management Services of the General Treasury has agreed to extend the provisions of his letter No. DMS/TE&T/23 dated 25th March 2003 to make applicable the revised A-03 and A-03(a) salary scales to all those employees who are categorized under A-03 and A-03(a) salary scales in the Commission and the Higher Educational Institutions/Institutes.
You are therefore requested to take action for revision of salaries of such employees in terms of the relevant provisions of Commission Circular No.823 of 28 th April 2003.
The other provisions of Commission Circular No. 823 shall, mutatis mutandis apply to and in relation to payment of the arrears of salaries and adjustment of the interim allowance under the revised A-03 and A-03(a) salary scales.
Please take action accordingly.
