Your attention is drawn to Commission Circular No. 523 dated 23rd June 1992, issued in respect to the above matter.
Please note that the employees categorised under Maintenance Department in para 3 of the above Circular refer only to employees coming under Electrical Maintenance Departments. The other employees in the Maintenance Departments should not be paid the risk allowance stipulated in Commission Circular No. 523.
