LIMITS OF DEDUCTIONS FOR LOANS
Your attention is invited to paragraph 7 of Commission Circular No.552 dated 28th December 1992.
It has been decided that the 25% back-log clearing allowance be taken into consideration in fixing the 60% limit when calculating the limits of deductions for loans granted to employees of the UGC and the Higher Educational Institutions/Institutes.
Please take action accordingly
