UNIVERSITY AMENDENT ACT NO.01 OF 1995
Your attention is drawn to the provisions of the Universities amendment Act No. 1 of 1995.
The Hon. Attorney-General by his letter No. E/223/95/UGC dated 16th January 1996, has expressed the view that the existing Staff will be entitled to the benefits stipulated in the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 of the amended Act No.01 of 1995.
Please take action accordingly.
