ALLOWANCES PAID TO BOOK-BINDERS IN CHARGE OF RECORD ROOMS/OFFICE MACHINE OPERATORS/STENOGRAPHERS
Your kind attention is invited to Establishment Circular letter No. 21/82 of 13.09.1982 and the Commission Circulars Nos. 425 and 480 of 21st February 1990 and 30th July 1991 respectively on the payment of the above allowances.
The Commission, at its 473rd meeting held on 28th June 1996, decided to enhance the allowances payable to Book- Binders In-Charge of Record Rooms, Office Machine Operators and Stenographers in the following order:

The Provisions of this Circular are to be effective from 01.07.1996.
